Job summary

Machinify in the US is seeking a Senior or Staff Frontend Engineer to lead high‑performance UI platform work within our healthcare-focused product engineering team. You will shape frontend architecture, collaborate with backend services and AI agents, and champion adoption of new languages and tools while delivering scalable, user‑centric interfaces.

You will mentor engineers, own critical frontend projects aligned with product strategy, and drive decisions that improve the user experience for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production-ready application development experience.
• Strong UI system design and scalable frontend architecture experience.
• Ability to read and improve complex enterprise-grade code.
• Ability to author a Technical Design Document guiding frontend architecture.
• Product- and user-driven mindset linked to outcomes.
• Excellent debugging with root-cause analysis.
• Experience integrating web APIs or microservices with frontend.
• Experience applying AI in user flows.
• Hands-on with agentic engineering tools/workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMs, ML/DS partners, leadership.
• Familiar with GitHub Workflows, Git, and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Deepen understanding of the healthcare claims and payments domain.
• Coach/Multiplier: mentor frontend engineers and elevate frontend maturity.
• Frontend voice in planning and cross-functional execution.
• Develop new applications and contribute toward UI and possibly middle-layer development.
• Own projects aligned with product development strategy.
• Design solutions for delightful and intuitive UX.
• Balance features with technical debt to keep the software sustainable.
• Promote agentic engineering practices in daily work.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, UX, and customers.
