Required qualifications include 3-15 years of front office support experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a pressure-driven environment. The position offers a competitive salary ranging between $75,000 and $135,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-15 years of experience in front office support, trade support, or application support in energy trading.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Proven experience managing incidents and time-critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support to front office users, including traders and schedulers.
• Ensure stability of the trade lifecycle from trade capture to end-of-day processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues across the ETRM landscape.
