The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a trading environment and a strong understanding of trading workflows. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Equities trading floor applications.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory and compliance requests.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Equities traders and monitor trading systems.
• Troubleshoot trading incidents and investigate compliance inquiries.
• Gather and document requirements from traders and users.

Skills

Experience supporting mission-critical applications

Understanding of trading workflows and FIX protocol

Experience with Linux, SQL, JIRA, Excel

Strong communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills
