Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Consultant on the Front Office team to guide asset and wealth managers through discovery, configuration, and go-live on Ridgeline's platform. You will own workflows end-to-end and collaborate with client leaders to design, test, and deploy tailored investment management processes.

At 6–12 months, you will independently manage live projects, expanding Ridgeline capabilities, training clients, and ensuring smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to rapidly learn new software and understand clients' workflows and needs.
• Experience guiding discovery, configuration, and go-live for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through go-live, guiding client leaders on design and deployment.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, compliance rules, data migration, security master, trade and settlement, and reporting.
• Develop deep expertise in investment management and Ridgeline software to maximize client value.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify bugs, propose features, and relay client feedback.
• Collaborate with integration consultants to design, build, test, and deploy client integrations.
• Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare and escalate when needed.
• Mentor and coach consulting colleagues as the team scales.
• Domestic travel expected: 25-30%.
