Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing investment management software in a customer-facing role.
• Solid understanding of investment instruments and full portfolio lifecycle.
• Experience delivering tailored training and scalable processes.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills with ability to handle escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own front-office implementation workstreams end-to-end, from discovery through go-live, engaging customer leaders to design and deploy workflows across the investment management lifecycle.
• Configure and test Ridgeline tenants for clients, including portfolio setup, compliance rules, data migration, security master, trade and settlement, and reporting, while educating clients.
• Develop deep expertise in the investment management domain and Ridgeline software to maximize client value.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify bugs, propose feature work, and relay client feedback.
• Work with integration consultants to design, build, test, and deploy client integrations efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Resolve time-sensitive issues during go-live hypercare and escalate when needed.
• Mentor and coach consultants as the team scales.
• Domestic travel expected: 25-30%.
