Job summary

Ridgeline is seeking a Technical Consultant to lead integration workstreams and drive reusable, well-documented integrations for client implementations. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering and Technical Consulting leadership to standardize deployment practices and reduce technical debt.

This role offers opportunity to shape post-go-live managed integration services and directly engage customers and vendors.

Qualifications

3–5 years delivering technical solutions for customers or internal stakeholders in software/consulting/tech.
Experience in a complex tech org, ideally microservices, with deployment understanding.
Hands-on software development or systems engineering beyond configuration.
Experience solving complex, high-impact tech challenges in multi-system/microservices setups.
Comfortably work with customers and vendors; quickly learn new tech and domains.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the integration workstream.
Conduct discovery sessions to document customer integration needs.
Build and deploy reusable, well-documented integrations for multiple customers.
Partner with Platform Engineering to centralize integration code with consistent deployment.
Improve implementation methodology and efficiency, reducing technical debt and repeat build hours.
Help define the operating model for post-go-live managed integration services.
Engage with customers and vendors to scope, build, and troubleshoot integrations.
