Job summary

Ridgeline, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to lead end-to-end data conversions for investment management clients. You’ll collaborate with the implementation team and customers to gather requirements, perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity.

Strong SQL, ETL tooling, MS Excel, and 5+ years in the investment management industry are required. You will drive go-lives, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and apply Ridgeline’s implementation methodology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience within the investment management industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial instrument types, asset management, and data workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects from inception to completion, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the implementation team and customers to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing to meet project specs.
• Validate and resolve variances between source and Ridgeline data during migration.
• Coordinate with project managers to account for dependencies in onboarding.
