Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the front-of-house operations, including supervising the service staff and ensuring guest service excellence.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery and help with inventory management.
• Train and mentor new hires and manage staff schedules and time-off requests.
• Develop and implement policies to improve service quality and efficiency and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee social media efforts and respond to guest feedback and reviews.
• Manage restaurant inventory and vendor relationships
