OMAKAI is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager in Coconut Grove, Miami to lead front‑of‑house operations with at least three years of restaurant experience and one year in a leadership role. You will own defined Areas of Responsibility, oversee service, inventory, scheduling, and training, and support the General Manager to maintain a five‑star dining standard.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of restaurant experience required.
• At least one year in front-of-house management or shift lead role.
• Experience leading a service team during peak volume.
• Manager, alcohol serving, and sexual harassment prevention certifications required (training paid).
• Japanese cuisine or sushi restaurant knowledge is a plus.
