Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years restaurant experience required, including at least one year in a front-of-house leadership role.
• Experience leading and coaching a service team during peak volume.
• Manager, alcohol serving, and sexual harassment prevention certifications required; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold the entire team accountable, including Floor Managers, every shift.
• Lead by example on the floor and assist with tasks as needed.
• Coach in the moment and deliver concise corrections.
• Recognize talent, delegate clearly, and develop staff toward higher roles.
• Communicate concerns to the General Manager early and openly.
