Fuku Restaurant in Coral Gables is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations with a warm, hospitality-driven approach. You will guide, train, and support Team Members while upholding food quality and service standards.

As a frontline leader, you set the shift tone, coach across FOH and BOH, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong communication and food-safety knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and hospitality-focused mindset.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a guest-first approach.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Able to train and develop Team Members across front-of-house and back-of-house.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow, with or without GM/ASM presence.
• Set a welcoming hospitality tone and lead by example on the floor.
• Coach, support, and guide Team Members across FOH and BOH stations.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and urgency to ensure guest recovery.
