Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering focusing on frontend web and mobile development.
• 3+ years building apps with React for web and React Native for mobile.
• 3+ years of HTML5, CSS3 layouts and modern UI frameworks like MUI or Tailwind CSS.
• 3+ years of state management (Redux or Context API) and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
• 2+ years integrating AI tools, automation frameworks, or intelligent assistants.
• 2+ years writing automated tests with Jest, Detox, or Playwright.
• 2+ years using Git and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM).
• 1+ years managing mobile release workflows via App Store Connect, Google Play Console, or Expo.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain portable UI packages for member- and agent-facing apps.
• Develop AI-powered solutions and scalable component architectures for healthcare tech.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline development, automate workflows, and improve delivery.
• Convert wireframes (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect React web and React Native components.
• Use MUI and modern UI toolkits to create multi-theme, scalable interfaces.
• Manage complex app state, user flows, data persistence, and caching with Redux/Context.
• Connect front-end interfaces to backend services, databases, and APIs via REST/GraphQL.
• Optimize performance, reduce bundle sizes, and diagnose memory leaks across environments.
• Write automated tests with Jest/Detox/Playwright to ensure stability.
• Oversee deployment pipelines and mobile publishing via App Store/Play Console/Expo.
• Explore new tech trends and AI tools to inform architecture and team innovation.
