Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in frontend web and mobile.
• 3+ years with React for web and React Native for mobile.
• 3+ years with JavaScript and TypeScript (ES6+)
• 3+ years with HTML5, CSS3 and modern UI frameworks like MUI or Tailwind
• 3+ years with Redux/Context API and API integrations (REST/GraphQL)
• 2+ years with AI tools/automation in development workflows
• 2+ years with automated tests (Jest/Detox/Playwright)
• 2+ years with Git and build tools (Webpack/Vite/Babel/NPM)
• 1+ years with mobile release workflows (App Store Connect/Google Play Console/EAS)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain portable Rx UI packages for member-facing and agent-facing apps.
• Architect AI-powered component architectures for healthcare tech challenges.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline development workflows and automation.
• Translate wireframes into pixel-perfect React web and React Native components.
• Use MUI and theming to support multi-theme systems across apps.
• Build and manage complex app state with Redux or Context API.
• Connect front-end to backend microservices via REST/GraphQL.
• Optimize performance and memory usage across environments.
• Write automated tests with Jest, Detox, and Playwright.
• Manage deployment pipelines and app publishing (App Store Connect, Google Play, Expo).
• Evaluate new tech and AI trends to inform design and architecture.
