Job summary

Luxoft Poland is building a trading platform for an international hedge fund, delivering a front-office system, pre-trade checks, risk management, and data connectivity via FIX and market data providers.

The team focuses on developing and maintaining React-based applications, with emphasis on end-user data processing, modern UI styling, and a solid grasp of SDLC and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with multiple global state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, or similar)
• Strong passion for UI styling — deep knowledge of CSS, CSS-in-JS, and design systems
• Strong background in problem solving and debugging complex front-end issues
• Expertise integrating UI with backend services (REST APIs, WebSockets)

Building a trading platform for innovative international top-tier hedge fund from the ground up, comprising of front-office system for traders, pre-trade checks and analysis, intra-day positions management, order management and routing, risks and limits management, reports of trading activities, FIX connectivity, market data providers connectivity (e.g. Bloomberg B-pipe).
