Job summary

Luxoft in New York is seeking a front-end engineer with strong React and TypeScript skills to develop and maintain diverse applications. You will work closely with backend teams, applying modern UI practices, a solid understanding of SDLC, and agile methodologies.

This hybrid role requires three days in the NY office. You should be proficient in React, TypeScript, state management (Redux/Zustand), CSS-in-JS, REST APIs, and WebSockets; exposure to Node.js or NestJS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in React (or equivalent modern UI framework) with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proven experience with multiple global state management libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand, MobX, Recoil, or similar).
• Strong passion for UI styling - deep knowledge of CSS, CSS-in-JS, and design system.

The Team is focused on the development and maintenance of various applications. The successful candidate will have considerable and proven experience in React, a good working knowledge of end-user and server-side data processing techniques, a good understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies.

Requires working hybrid- 3 days from office in NY

Compensation for NYC 150000-170000 USD Gross per year.
