Job summary

Britenet is seeking a Frontend React Mid Developer to build and scale modern, high-performance frontend applications for a client in the lottery industry. The role emphasizes React, TypeScript, ES6+, and scalable UI components in a hybrid Warsaw-based setting.

You will collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs, ensure responsive design, and maintain code quality through reviews and best practices. English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a Frontend Developer (Mid level)
• Strong knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Practical experience with React Hooks
• Experience in application state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
• Proficiency with Git version control and GitHub
• Experience in REST API integration and responsive design
• English language skills at B2 level
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in a client office (Warsaw)

About the role

We are seeking a Frontend React Mid Developer to build and scale modern, high-performance frontend applications for a client in the lottery industry.

Our expectations

• Commercial experience as a Frontend Developer (Mid level) specializing in the React ecosystem;
• Strong knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+);
• Knowledge of and experience working with HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS;
• Practical experience with React Hooks;
• Experience in application state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API);
• Proficiency with Git version control and the GitHub platform;
• Experience in REST API integration, as well as a solid understanding of Responsive Web Design and component-driven development;
• English language skills at a level that allows fluent communication (B2).
• Readiness to work in a hybrid workmodel in a client's office (Warsaw), fostering a collaborative and engaging team environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with component testing and documentation tools (Storybook, Cypress);
• Experience with the Next.js framework or React Native technology;
• Knowledge of 3D graphics libraries (Three.js) and accessibility standards (WCAG);
• Experience working with Headless CMS systems (e.g., Agility CMS);
• Basic knowledge of or exposure to cloud environments (AWS or Azure).

Main responsibilities

• Create and develop frontend applications using the React library, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+);
• Design and implement reusable UI components and efficiently manage application states;
• Collaborate with the backend team and integrate applications with APIs (REST API);
• Create responsive and polished user interfaces (RWD) using HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS;
• Use the Git/GitHub version control system in daily team collaboration;
• Maintain high code quality, apply best programming practices, and participate in the code review process;
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team (developers, testers, designers) to optimize application performance.
