Maximus is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. The role involves providing subject matter expertise, supporting process improvements, conducting specialized studies, and defining requirements. Responsibilities include analysis, planning, requirements documentation, building functional models, developing procedures, and designing functional architectures.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing engineering tasks for front-end design and development, including creating technical design drawings, mockups, wireframes, and documentation for review.
2. Planning and implementing modifications to GUIs, constructing and optimizing UI elements, and enhancing system navigation for improved user experience.
3. Occasional travel to client sites in San Antonio, TX, or Baltimore, MD, may be required.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including object-oriented and scripting languages, DevSecOps, microservices, and containers.
• 5+ years of front-end web design and development experience.
• Experience with system testing, UI/UX design, wireframes, mockups, UX tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision), bug tracking (e.g., Jira), and testing web applications.
• Leadership experience in software development projects.
• Practical experience in cloud environments and Agile development.

Minimum Requirements: TCS203, T5, Band 8.

Desired Qualifications:

• SAFe SA certification.
• Experience with Agile TDD and DoD DevSecOps environments.
