About The Opportunity

At Jerry.ai, we've redefined car ownership through digital solutions. We're expanding with Propelix, our new SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots.

We're seeking a purpose-driven Senior Engineer for our Chatbot Team at Propelix to develop a platform enabling businesses to create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversation solutions easily.

This role involves participating in all product development phases, from user communication to deployment, contributing as a product designer and planner.

The ideal candidate loves solving complex problems with scalable, elegant solutions and has a deep understanding of modern development ecosystems and LLMs.

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform, maintaining high engineering standards.
• Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve user experience for non-technical users.
• Apply your knowledge of LLMs to enhance conversation flows and responses.
• Help establish Propelix as a leading conversational AI SaaS solution.
• Support junior engineers and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Strong principles in software development and algorithms.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (JavaScript, React, Node.js preferred but not required).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices.
• Understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with distributed systems or large web applications.
• Startup experience at high-growth companies is a plus.
