Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline; 12+ years in software engineering.
Proven experience leading or directing software/ui/front-end teams.
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of UI/front-end developers with code reviews and best practices.
Architect scalable, maintainable front-end solutions using modern frameworks.
Translate designs into responsive, accessible user interfaces across devices.
Collaborate with backend engineers to design APIs and ensure data flow between front-end and back-end.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and architectural decisions.
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/Section 508) in UI implementations.
