Qualifications

• Requires 15+ years of professional software engineering with front-end focus.
• Expert-level React proficiency (hooks, context, rendering patterns).
• Strong TypeScript skills and modern JavaScript fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex, user-facing web applications using React + TypeScript and own front-end architecture.
• Collaborate with UX/Product to translate designs into polished experiences and address feasibility, performance, and accessibility.
• Establish and evolve front-end standards: component architecture, state management, routing, conventions, and testing practices.
• Develop using design system foundations (UI library, theming, responsive layouts) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Drive performance, caching, and observability; improve Core Web Vitals and render strategies.
• Implement advanced UI capabilities including data visualization, real-time updates, offline patterns, and robust forms/workflows.
• Ensure secure client-side patterns and safe auth flows; guide token handling and storage security.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts (GraphQL/REST) and advocate front-end-friendly patterns.
