Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hospitality experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage schedules and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of concierge ambassadors and liaise between Property Manager and staff.
• Deliver anticipatory service to residents, guests, and prospects.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify improvements.
• Manage team schedules and oversee weekly payroll.
• Hold monthly staff meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Develop SOPs to continuously improve concierge operations.
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards and foster a positive culture.
• Monitor security, assist with amenity requests, and ensure high standards.
