Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in US local freight operations.
• Expert in Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) procedures.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary bookings, VGM, and SI submissions.
• Draft, review, and audit bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Track goods and maintain liaison with carriers and warehouses.
• Resolve operational challenges including schedule changes.
• Maintain operation records and respond to customer inquiries.
