Job summary

Sunny Wing Logistics Co in El Monte, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Freight Forwarder Operator to join our team and lead a fast-paced logistics operation. This role focuses on navigating import/export regulations and delivering seamless logistics solutions for our clients.

You will manage bookings, VGM, SI submissions, track milestones, and liaise with carriers, warehouses, and headquarters. Requires 3+ years in US freight operations and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in US local freight operations.
• Expertise in Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), and Amazon FBA inbound procedures.
• Proficient in professional document production and the use of industry-standard logistics work systems.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for cross-team and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Booking and milestone tracking, monitoring cut-off times and vessel schedules.
• Drafting, reviewing, and auditing bills of lading and supporting documents.
• Active liaison with carriers, truck firms, warehouses, and headquarters.
• Proactively resolve operational challenges, delays, and cargo damage claims.
• Maintain precise operation records, conduct account checks, update delivery status, and answer customer questions.
