Qualifications

• Experience in freight audit, transportation finance, or accounts payable in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM/case management tools like Salesforce.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Travel up to 10% expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for freight auditing and invoice aging.
• Ensure accurate freight audits and proper ledger coding; resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze KPI reports and support month-end close with insights.
• Resolve carrier invoice disputes per contracts and audit findings.
• Mentor team members on freight audit policies and systems.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and track transportation spend.
• Collaborate with IT, Fleet, Procurement, and Finance to resolve payment issues.
