AFS Logistics in Shreveport, LA is seeking a FAP Specialist III to audit charges billed on client invoices, verify pricing, and ensure contract language alignment. This full-time role requires strong Excel, Outlook, and SQL skills, plus meticulous attention to detail.

Collaborate with Rates Analysts, Customer Service, and EDI to maintain accurate end results and improve rate pricing. Prior experience in auditing is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel and Outlook; SQL knowledge helpful.
• Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities.

Mansioni

• Audit client bills for pricing, services and classification accuracy.
• Resolve balance dues from carriers and maintain audit folders.
• Review invoices to ensure correct pricing and applicable add-ons.
• Verify OLA loading to client discounts and interpret contract language.
• Collaborate with Rates Analysts and other departments to ensure accurate billing.
