Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern is seeking a Fraud Risk Manager within the Control and Oversight Group of Personal Wealth. You will develop and execute a forward-looking fraud roadmap to protect clients, safeguard operations, and enable risk-informed decision making across the division.

You will design and oversee the fraud monitoring program, partner with Enterprise Fraud, Product, Privacy, and Operations, and advise leadership on emerging risks and control improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the fraud risk roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Design and oversee fraud monitoring program and controls.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Fraud, Product, Privacy, and Operations.
• Advise on significant fraud events and emerging risks.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and report findings.
• Support policies and governance for fraud and privacy risk.
• Prepare risk insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Contribute to strategic fraud prevention initiatives.
