Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience with 2+ years in Risk and Fraud.
• Strong quantitative instincts with metrics and cost models.
• Familiarity with fraud detection systems, ML-driven decisioning, or rules and controls platforms.
• Experience working with outsourced or vendor operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for critical fraud verticals and tie work to key metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of investigators.
• Own the overall operation, coordinating with partners and vendors to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Build robust investigative capabilities to mitigate and prevent fraud at scale.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on detection roadmaps and outcomes.
• Manage capacity, cost, and vendor relationships, with automation investments.
• Advise on emerging risks and coordinate high-stakes investigations.
