Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Manager of Fraud Operations to lead a high-performing investigations team, set an inspiring vision for the function, and scale Stripe’s risk program across product, engineering, and risk leadership.

You will drive root-cause analysis, define and manage core metrics and SLAs, oversee vendor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify high-ROI investments that protect customers without compromising the user experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or management roles.
• 2+ years of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
