Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day-to-day operational resource for Fraud Analysts by answering process questions and guiding decisions.
Coordinate daily alert queues, case assignments, coverage, and priority escalations.
Independently review high-risk or escalated fraud alerts across ACH, wires, Zelle, online banking, and checks.
Analyze transaction patterns and indicators to identify fraud, account takeovers, or unauthorized activity.
Perform actions within authority, including transaction approval/rejection, account restrictions, and loss-mitigation steps.
Document investigations, decisions, and actions clearly for audits and regulatory reviews.
