Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst to join our Customer Success team and protect the Mode Mobile ecosystem from fraud and abuse. You will review fraud data, investigate accounts, analyze MMP data, and track trends across our rewarded apps, with a focus on the Mode Earn App and EarnWise.

You will stay ahead of fraud tactics by turning insights into rules, safeguards, and actionable recommendations. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and our partners, setting review

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk, or related analytical role.
• Experience investigating accounts and deciding fraud status, preferably in rewarded apps.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; proficient in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with MMP data (e.g., Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust) and fraud patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to own high-stakes decisions with partial information.

Aufgaben

• Review fraud data daily across our rewarded apps to monitor behavior and payouts.
• Investigate accounts and decide fraud status using device, network, and behavioral data.
• Review redemptions for suspicious activity and ensure legitimate payouts are processed.
• Analyze MMP data to identify invalid traffic, bots, and fraud sources; recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth to implement safeguards and requirements.
• Build dashboards and reports showing fraud impact on rewards, reversals, and gross margin.
• Mentor teammates, set review standards, and report fraud losses and trends to leadership.
• Stay updated on fraud trends, vendors, and tools; apply learnings to improve defenses.
