Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst to join our AI-native Customer Success team and defend the Mode Mobile ecosystem from fraud. You will review fraud data, investigate accounts, and analyze MMP data to detect invalid traffic while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will shape fraud rules, mentor teammates, and report trends to leadership, balancing risk reduction with a smooth user experience. This is a high-impact, fully remote role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of fraud analysis or risk experience, ideally in rewarded apps or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud data daily across rewarded apps to monitor earnings, cash-out activity, and fraud patterns.
• Investigate accounts to decide whether they are fraudulent using device, identity, and behavioral data.
• Review redemptions and payouts for warning signs and ensure legitimate payments are processed.
• Analyze MMP data and partner networks to identify invalid traffic or bots and recommend actions on partners and campaigns.
• Build and refine fraud detection rules, risk scores, and verification steps to stop fraud while preserving legitimate user experience.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to translate findings into product changes and safeguards.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing fraud impact on rewards, margins, and key metrics.
