The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of framing or structural construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple framing activities and lead crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all framing field operations, coordinating with the Project Superintendent to ensure project success.
• Review framing plans, shop drawings, submittals, and specs for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate flow of framing activities including sequencing, scheduling, logistics, and manpower planning.
• Identify long-lead materials and communicate with the team for timely procurement and delivery.
• Oversee the framing inspection process, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Provide direction to framing subcontractors and labor teams, monitoring productivity, quality, and safety.
• Complete daily reports, QA/QC documentation, punch lists, and safety inspections.
• Ensure materials and tools are delivered and staged to support continuous workflow.
• Monitor framing budgets and manage subcontractor performance and adherence to scope.
• Ensure framing work progresses on schedule and maintains a clean, safe work area.
