Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-family wood framing.
• Ability to manage and supervise all framing phases.
• Strong knowledge of framing methods and materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of framing for multi-family wood projects.
• Supervise punch-out staff and laborers for timely project completion.
• Oversee framing punch lists and provide weekly progress updates.

Skills

Expertise in multi-family wood framing

Supervisory experience in construction management

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of framing methods and materials

Experience with Procore Construction Management software

Education
