Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in construction with 5+ years as a multifamily lead superintendent.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of field teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager to ensure project success.
• Review plans, requirements, submittals, and specifications.
• Assist in creating schedule, sequencing, logistics, and safety plan.
• Coordinate and manage the entire construction process.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and manage subcontractors.
