Job summary

Michaels stores are a national leader in crafts and framing, seeking a Framing Associate to help customers create custom framing solutions. You will assist shoppers, perform framing tasks, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include operating the frame shop, handling cash, and providing friendly service. The role requires some evening/weekend availability and a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Use elevated design tools to build custom framing solutions and engage customers.
• Deliver sales and production results with quality and timeliness.
• Act in lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager.
• Support and train other team members in framing tasks and customer service.
• Assist Framing Manager in achieving KPIs and inventory accuracy.
