Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced FPGA designer to join the High-End Routing team in Milpitas. You will translate system requirements into FPGA blocks for ASR8000 routers, writing RTL and coordinating with Diagnostics, Software, and Manufacturing.

You will collaborate across hardware and software teams, drive issue resolution, validate designs, and prepare production release. This role requires RTL coding with Verilog/SystemVerilog and prior FPGA/ASIC development experience in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC development from specification to production.

Responsabilités

• Translate networking system requirements into FPGA blocks for implementation.
• Collaborate with Diagnostics, Software, Board design, Manufacturing and Hardware Qualification teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Validate the system and release to manufacturing; address timing and other constraints; generate programming files.
