Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience with hardware board design and system-level development including high-speed digital design and validation.
• Experience taking board designs from concept through production using schematic generation, layouts, and hands-on design tools.

Responsibilities

• Define board-level architecture, technology choices, power-delivery strategy, and design direction for complex networking products.
• Lead hardware initiatives from requirements to manufacturing release.
• Solve signal integrity, power integrity, reliability, thermal, and manufacturing challenges.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional investigations; mentor engineers and improve delivery processes.
