The role requires deep FPGA expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor engineers while delivering high‑reliability FPGA solutions for aerospace, defense and space electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of FPGA design experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong proficiency in VHDL and Verilog, with exposure to SystemVerilog.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPGA architecture, design, verification and integration across programs.
• Define development processes, standards, and design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide FPGA-based solutions from concept to deployment.
