Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems, transformation, business systems, or program leadership.
• Strong FP&A understanding with ability to translate needs into roadmaps.
• 3+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments.
• Experience with EPM and related finance tech; AI/automation familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• FP&A Transformation Roadmap: define and drive modernization across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Cross-Functional Solution Alignment: translate priorities into scalable solutions with finance, tech, and data teams.
• Business Analysis & Solution Delivery: oversee design and delivery for measurable efficiency gains.
• Program Execution: manage a multi-functional program from requirements to delivery on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Influence: inform prioritization and sequencing with senior finance leaders.
