Intuit, Inc. seeks a senior transformation lead to shape FP&A capabilities, spanning planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. You will partner with Finance, Data, and Technology stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions and drive program delivery.

You will balance strategic roadmap thinking with hands-on execution, champion modernization through AI and automation, and guide system-enabled change across the enterprise.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in finance systems, transformation, business systems, or program leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and experience translating business needs into process improvements, system capabilities, and delivery roadmaps.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in matrixed environments.
• Experience with EPM and related finance technologies; familiarity with AI or automation use cases is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional senior leaders.
