Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Process Architect to lead end-to-end process design and implementation across Core Finance. You will own transformation workstreams, align owner teams, and drive automation and real-time analytics across plan-to-perform workloads.

You will partner with technology and finance leaders, shape target-state workflows, and ensure organizational adoption while balancing strategic roadmaps with practical execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with deep domain expertise in financial systems and transformation.
• Subject matter expertise in core financials (Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Source-to-Pay) and tax.
• Ability to link end-to-end process design with data models, AI/automation, and tech.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation and cross-functional programs.
• Strong grasp of US GAAP/IFRS and systems-enabled change, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation roadmap aligned with core finance priorities for enterprise-wide strategy.
• Drive cross-functional execution from requirements to delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead efforts to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve operations.
• Design scalable financial solutions with IT and business stakeholders.
• Structure and reconcile high-volume data across systems; architect automated workflows.
• Advise finance leadership using data to inform prioritization and sequencing.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation to finance workflows and insights.
• Lead change management with targeted communications and training plans.
