Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View seeks a senior FP&A transformation leader who can define and deliver the roadmap for Plan to Perform capabilities across Finance.

The role combines process redesign, business analysis, solution design, and program execution while partnering with Finance, Data, and Technology stakeholders. You will serve as the primary technology and transformation partner for the FP&A value stream, modernizing planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, driving cross-functional

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in finance systems, transformation, or program leadership.
Strong FP&A process understanding and ability to translate needs into roadmaps.
3+ years of people leadership in matrixed environments.
Experience with EPM and related finance technologies.

Responsibilities

Define and drive FP&A transformation roadmap across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
Partner across Finance, Technology, and Data to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
Oversee business analysis, process design, and solution delivery to ensure measurable improvements.
Drive cross-functional execution of a program from requirements through delivery, on time and within budget.
