Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior audiences
• Bachelor degree in business or finance; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and finance leaders on strategic and financial plans
• Build financial models to evaluate performance, ROI, and scenarios
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
• Drive mid-month and month-end reviews across teams and identify variance drivers
• Own headcount planning and translate strategy into cost implications
• Support leadership presentations and executive-level insights
