Job summary

OneAmerica in Indianapolis is seeking an FP&A Systems Director to lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise planning platforms, with primary focus on Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials integrations.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, Technology, and business leaders to ensure planning platforms support timely, accurate financial decision-making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CFA/FPAC or Workday certifications preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of FP&A or related finance tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise FP&A systems strategy, multi-year roadmap, governance, and improvements.
• Serve as SME for Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials; governance of models, reporting, and data structures.
• Oversee expense allocations, management reporting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and analytics.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, Technology, and business leaders to translate requirements into system enhancements.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives; automate processes and expand planning capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, training, governance programs, and maintain industry alignment.
