Job summary

UCAR, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, seeks an experienced leader to drive analytics across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. You will oversee reporting strategy, data modeling, and governance to deliver reliable insights for finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end reporting design, dashboard development, and collaborating with IT, finance, and leadership to align analytics with institutional priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; graduate work preferred.
• Minimum 5 years configuring and administering large-scale enterprise BI applications; Workday/Adaptive Planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Designs data models, dashboards, and reports to support finance and leadership decisions.
• Partners with IT, finance, and leadership to align analytics with institutional priorities.
• Supervises staff and ensures data quality, governance, and usability across systems.
