Job summary

OneAmerica Financial seeks a director to lead enterprise FP&A systems strategy, roadmap, and governance, with deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials. You will partner with Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury and Technology to deliver scalable planning platforms and accurate analytics.

The role requires 8–12 years in FP&A or related finance tech, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record of finance transformation across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of FP&A or related finance technology roles.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise FP&A systems strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Govern system architecture, models, dimensions, reporting, security and data governance.
• Lead governance of expense allocation methodologies and related financial reporting.
• Enable annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, dashboards, and analytics.
• Oversee data management, integrations, and control frameworks across Workday and related tools.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and automation to enhance decision-making.
