Job summary

OneAmerica Financial seeks an FP&A Systems Director to lead enterprise planning platforms, analytics, and governance. You will own the systems roadmap for Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, and related analyses, partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, and Technology.

The role requires depth in planning processes, data governance, allocations, and enterprise performance management with a focus on scalable, auditable solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, FPAC, Workday Adaptive Planning certification, Workday Financials experience preferred.
• 8–12 years in FP&A, planning systems, or related finance tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A systems strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Provide governance over Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials integrations.
• Lead expense allocations, forecasting, planning, and management reporting.
• Drive automation, analytics, and data governance across enterprise systems.
