Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to join the strategic finance organization. You will own consolidated planning, build core financial models, and support executive materials for leadership and the Board.

You will run the forecast cycle end-to-end, identify risks and opportunities, and partner with cross-functional finance teams to deliver a cohesive corporate view. This role emphasizes advanced modeling and data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, and/or consulting.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including consolidated P&L and scenarios.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets; SQL or Looker experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with multitasking ability.
• Ambitious self-starter thriving in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and own components of the consolidated financial model across the annual operating plan, long-range plan, and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Run the forecast cycle end-to-end, identifying risks and upside for leadership.
• Construct frameworks to evaluate initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
• Own executive-facing deliverables including Weekly Business Review, OpEx reviews, and Board materials.
• Create analyses explaining actuals vs. plan/forecast at consolidated and segment levels.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and ops finance to consolidate inputs.
• Build Excel/Google Sheets models from scratch to answer business questions.
• Define KPIs, scorecards, and automate reporting.
