• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• Highly skilled in Excel with advanced modeling abilities

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial results, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and key measures.
• Identify variances and recommend actions for divisions.
• Support budgeting and quarterly projections with division leadership.
• Evaluate financial statements to understand economic performance and trends.
• Develop and refine financial models and projections for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
