REI is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to lead advanced FP&A initiatives within the Finance organization. You will identify opportunities, structure analyses, and influence senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.

You will partner across Finance to modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding automation and analytics initiatives. This role emphasizes scalable frameworks and impactful decision support.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or similar.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end‑to‑end processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape priorities and evaluate investments.
• Build trusted partnerships across Finance to translate data into recommendations for executives.
• Define complex questions, identify data sources, and structure analytical approaches.
• Design scalable financial models and scenario plans to generate actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted FP&A advisor by establishing best practices and guiding complex initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts and leverage AI for scalable insights.
